At Platizem, we are dedicated to ensuring a hassle free and rewarding experience for all our customers. Our Exchange Policy is designed to provide flexibility, and transparency in your orders.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We recognize that preferences may evolve over time. To accommodate your changing style, we offer a straight forward exchange policy.

• Eligibility:You can exchange any lab grown diamond jewelry purchased from Platizem within 15 days from the original purchase date, item must be in new like condition.
• Condition: The item must be in its original, unworn condition and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice and certification.
• Exchange Value: You will receive the original purchase price (excluding making charges and taxes) as credit towards a new purchase of equal or higher value.
• Non-Exchangeable Products: Customized or engraved jewelry, altered designs, and discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
• Procedure:To initiate an exchange request, contact our customer support team.

REFUND POLICY

Note: We offer refunds only in case of manufacturing defected products such as receiving wrong item, damaged product or any other production related defect.

HOWEVER, all our products are customized according to your needs so refunds are not possible for any other reasons. Although you are eligible for exchange within 15 days from the original purchase date.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Loss of the original product certificate will result in a deduction of Rs. 1500.
• The original invoice and certificate must be presented for exchange or buy-back.
• Products purchased from third-party stores other than Platizem will not be eligible for exchange or buy-back.
• Buy-back is not applicable on Baguettes, Tapered, and Choki diamonds.
• Exchange & Buy-Back is not applicable on Polki, Pearl, and Colored Stones.
• Customized Jewelry made as per order cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned.
• If a discount was applied to the metal or stone value during the original purchase, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price at the time of buy-back or exchange. Additionally, e-Points used during purchase will be deducted from the Lifetime Exchange value
• Buy-back is applicable only for products purchased at a value of up to Rs. 4,99,999/-.

SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

• Shipping and insurance for delivery to the customer’s address are covered by Platizem.
• Reverse shipping for returns, buy-backs, and exchanges is scheduled by Platizem and is subject to a processing fee of Rs. 1,000/-.

POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Platizem reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the policies periodically. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website: platizem.com. Significant updates will be accompanied by a notification on our website
