At Platizem we believe in making shopping easy and safe for you. Read our shipping policy to understand how we handle and dispatch your orders.

1. Order Processing

• Processing Time:Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after the payment.
• Process:Manufacturing will take 7 to 10 days and shipping 5 to 7 days.
• Order Confirmation: After you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email that will include your order and tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We are associated with top logistic companies Sequel Logistics & BVC Logistic, our partners let us promise for no damage solution and timely delivery.

• Standard Delivery: You'll receive your order within 5-7 working days.

International Shipping

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

There are no shipping charges we offer free shipping on all our products.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email, after the item ships you’ll be able follow your package.

5. Packaging & Security

• Secure Packaging: All orders are packed securely to ensure your privacy and keep everything in the right place.
• Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon delivery for security purposes.

6. Delivery Acceptance Guidelines

• Inspection Upon Delivery: On Delivery, please inspect the package for any tampering or damage.
• If the package is broken or damaged, please refuse to sign and let the shipping company return it.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled 24 hours after it is placed. A 2% payment gateway charge may be deducted.
• Modifications: Changes to orders must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting customer service.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Note: We offer refunds only in case of manufacturing defected products such as receiving wrong item, damaged product or any other production related defect.

HOWEVER, all our products are customized according to your needs so refunds are not possible for any other reasons. Although you are eligible for exchange within 15 days from the original purchase date.
