At Platizem, we are committed to provide an excellent shopping experience. If the purchase is not as expected, we provide you an easy and seamless return and exchange policy which allows you to shop with a complete peace of mind.

1. HOW RETURN AND REFUND WORKS

Note: We offer refunds only in case of manufacturing defected products such as receiving wrong item, damaged product or any other production related defect.

HOWEVER, all our products are customized according to your needs so refunds are not possible for any other reasons. Although you are eligible for exchange within 15 days from the original purchase date.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Within 15 Days:
    • Products can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value.
    • The item must be returned in its original condition with all accompanying documents.
  • Beyond 15 Days:
    • Exchanges may be considered at our sole discretion and could be subject to additional charges based on the product’s current market value and condition.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Within 24 Hours:
    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering qualify for a full refund minus a 2% payment gateway fee
  • Beyond 24 Hours:
    • The order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, so please order carefully according to your needs.

  2. Obtain a Return Authorization:
    • Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide you with return instructions.
  3. Secure Packaging & Shipping:
    • The item must be securely packaged, ensuring it includes all original documentation.
    • The return shipping details will be provided upon authorization.
  4. 6. ADDITIONAL TERMS

    • Platizem reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless found to be defective
    • Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
